Product & uses
What is Kele Party for business?
Kele Party turns a computer, camera and large display into a motion-game area for venues, team activities, exhibitions and brand events. Players join using body movements, with no controllers or wearables.
Business plans include game software and station management. Hardware is supplied by the venue.
Do I need a business plan if guests play for free?
Commercial venues and organizations must use a business plan even when guests play for free. Free, Party Pass and Family plans cannot be used to offer play to hotel guests, students, employees or the public.
For personal use, households and private gatherings with friends, use the Home plans.
How many people can play, and do guests need accounts?
A station typically supports one or two players at a time; check the player options for each game. Larger groups can take turns or play in groups across multiple stations.
Guests do not need a personal account for a play session. Choose your plan by the number of independently operated stations.
Is it suitable for children and guests with different mobility needs?
Choose games for your guests’ age, mobility and available space. Players should be able to perform the required movements, such as arm swings, steps or squats, comfortably and safely.
Children need appropriate supervision. For mobility limitations or specific health needs, try the intended games before use. Kele Party is interactive entertainment, not a medical or rehabilitation service.
Does someone need to operate every game?
Once a station is set up, guests can follow the on-screen prompts to start a game and take turns. The station can show idle content or demos between sessions.
The venue remains responsible for equipment, a safe play area, sound levels and on-site guidance, especially around children or crowds.
What can Kele Party add to my venue?
Use Kele Party for family activities, community gatherings, group rotations and exhibit engagement, or show gameplay during daily opening hours to invite participation.
A trial helps you assess guest interest, round length, space use and operating effort. Visitor numbers and financial returns depend on your venue and how you run it; neither is guaranteed.
Hardware & setup
What equipment do I need? Is hardware included?
You will need a computer or mini PC, a USB camera and a TV, monitor or projector, plus internet access, power and a safe play area. A suitable laptop can serve a temporary event.
Plans do not include hardware, shipping or on-site installation. Trial the complete setup before buying equipment in quantity.
Can I use my existing TV, projector or LED display?
You can use a TV, projector or LED display that connects to your game setup. You will also need a computer or suitable client device to run the game, and a camera.
Check the aspect ratio, display latency and placement. For standalone smart-TV or phone-assisted setups, use the download and connection instructions to confirm compatibility with your model.
Which platforms are supported, and do I need a client?
The download page offers clients for Windows, Mac and Android TV. You can also try Kele Party in a browser; clients are suited to full-screen play and fixed installations.
The clients rely on the online game service and do not function as standalone offline games. After installation, check camera access, full-screen display and startup behavior.
Can I use a standard webcam for two players?
A computer and USB webcam are a good starting point. The camera needs a stable view of the players’ movements without obstruction or strong backlighting.
Supported two-player games can use one local camera for both players. Positioning, lighting and computer performance also affect tracking, so test two-player mode before opening to guests.
Can I use a phone camera for motion tracking?
A phone can connect to the large display. To use it for motion input, enable its camera permission and select the intended player after connecting.
Two-phone input and two players sharing one camera are different setups. Available modes depend on the devices, browsers and game; test your intended combination on the venue network.
What computer specifications do I need?
Performance needs depend on display resolution, camera, game and player mode. Try the intended computer first and check smoothness, motion response and sustained use.
For a bulk purchase, use the complete setup you have tested as a reference, including the OS, browser or client, and peripherals.
Space & network
How much play space do I need?
Space requirements depend on the game’s movements and camera view. Allow players to move and swing their arms safely, away from the screen, furniture and spectators. Two players each need room to move.
Clear obstacles, secure cables and try the intended games in the actual play area before opening.
Where should I place the camera, and what lighting works best?
Fix the camera where it has a clear view of the players’ movements, then use the on-screen prompts to adjust distance and framing. Keep furniture, screen edges and other players from blocking the view.
Use sufficient, even lighting. Avoid backlighting, dark scenes and frequent pedestrian traffic through the play area. Adjust mounting height and distance during setup.
Do I need internet access? What happens if the connection drops?
Internet access is needed for sign-in, pairing, purchases, plan-status updates and content sync. Provide a stable connection for venue or event use; an already loaded page is not a fully offline service.
After an interruption, follow the reconnection prompts and check the station’s plan status. Test the venue network and recovery steps before the event.
Can I use corporate Wi-Fi or a guest network?
Test sign-in, pairing and a full game on the intended network. For a phone-assisted setup, also check communication between the phone and display. Guest sign-in pages, session expiry and device isolation can affect the connection.
Ask your network administrator to review access settings if needed. There is no need to disable the firewall or expose camera ports to the public internet.
Can I prepare equipment in advance? What should I check before an event?
You can prepare accounts, equipment, games and idle content in advance. At the venue, check power, network, cameras, sound, play space, and each plan’s location and start/end times.
Play a round and test reconnection before opening. The business trial runs continuously once you confirm the start, so complete preparation beforehand.
What should I do if the camera, motion tracking or connection fails?
For camera access problems, check OS/browser permissions and whether another app is using the camera. For unstable tracking, check framing, lighting, obstructions and computer performance. For an offline station, check power and network first.
If the issue persists, use the business inquiry form to send the device model, operating system, when the issue occurred, the steps you took and any error message. Do not include sign-in codes or payment-card details.
Plans & pricing
What is the difference between Venue and Event Pass?
An annual Venue plan suits ongoing operation, with device-capacity tiers and annual renewal. An Event Pass is a one-time purchase for exhibitions, pop-ups and other temporary events, sized by duration and station count.
Choose Venue for regular use, or compare Event Pass options for a defined event.
What business plans and prices are available?
Available plans and prices are listed below.
Pricing is temporarily unavailable. Please check the plans or checkout page again later.
Amounts use the currency shown. Tax and the final total are confirmed at checkout.
How is the device count calculated?
Capacity counts bound, independently operated play stations, not players or visitor numbers. A station’s display, camera and controller phone do not each require another slot.
An offline station or a connection reset retains its existing slot. Unbind the station in device management to release it. Reconnecting the same bound station does not use an extra slot.
Which Venue tier fits 3, 6 or 8 stations?
Choose a Venue tier with enough capacity for your planned stations. For example:
Pricing is temporarily unavailable. Please check the plans or checkout page again later.
For requirements beyond self-service capacity, submit your locations and station counts through the business inquiry form.
Which pass should I buy for a 2-day or 5-day event?
Choose a pass covering the full event, including any setup or testing time when you need to use the games. For example:
Pricing is temporarily unavailable. Please check the plans or checkout page again later.
Passes are sold for their full duration, without a reduction for unused days. Confirm arrangements before combining purchases or extending an event.
How much does a multi-station event cost?
The cost depends on your station count and event duration. Choose an Event Pass covering that duration, then multiply its unit price by the required quantity.
Pricing is temporarily unavailable. Please check the plans or checkout page again later.
Do prices include tax, hardware or on-site services?
Prices cover the software service in the currency shown. Tax and the final amount are confirmed at checkout.
Computers, cameras, displays, shipping, venue costs and on-site staffing are not included. Any additional services need a separate agreement.
How do I arrange a large, multi-location or combined purchase?
Submit the station count, schedule and purchasing requirements for each location. Every station must be covered by a plan valid for its location or event.
Use the business inquiry form to confirm plans and costs for quantities above self-service limits, combined passes or custom purchasing arrangements.
Business trial
Can I try Kele Party before purchasing?
Yes. Sign in, verify your email and submit a business trial request with your use case, equipment and setup details. You do not need to buy a plan first or book a demonstration meeting.
Check progress in My Demo. Once approved, follow the instructions to connect a station and start your trial.
Must I use the same account to claim my trial?
Yes. The trial belongs to the verified Kele account used for the application; forwarding an invitation does not transfer it. Sign in using an email code or a Google identity linked to that account.
If the trial is missing or access is denied, check that you are signed in to the account used to apply.
How soon do I need to start the trial?
Start your standard business trial within 48 hours of issuance, after completing the station setup checks. The deadline is shown in My Demo.
The 48-hour window begins when the trial is issued, not when you open the notification. Prepare the camera, network and play area beforehand.
How long is the trial? Does it pause if I leave or disconnect?
A standard business trial lasts for a continuous four-hour period once the station first completes setup and you confirm the start. It is not four hours of accumulated play.
Leaving, shutting down, disconnecting, reconnecting or resending the invitation does not pause or reset the timer. Start when your equipment and space are ready.
How many stations and games are in the trial? Can I use it for an event?
The standard business trial covers one station and a selection of games listed on the trial page. You will need your own hardware.
It is for evaluating gameplay and your setup, not for regular venue operation or an event. Choose a Venue plan or Event Pass for formal use.
What should I prepare before starting the trial?
Connect the display, allow camera access, check that players’ movements are in view, and confirm the network and safe play space.
Complete the on-screen setup checks before confirming the start. The timer then runs continuously, so resolve camera-access or connection issues first.
How do I move from a trial to a paid plan?
Once the trial expires, its access no longer allows new games. Use the same account to choose a business plan for the correct organization, location or event.
Keep your existing station records; you do not need to recreate the organization or stations to purchase. After payment, check activation in purchase history and on the station page.
Station management
What is a Station in the dashboard?
A Station represents one independent play setup in the dashboard, usually a computer or client device, display and camera. You can assign its location and content and view its usage history.
Peripherals do not need separate Station records. Separate, independently running installations each use a station slot.
How do I connect a station? Do I sign in on the large display?
Open the business station page on the play device to display a QR code and device code. Scan it with a phone signed in to your business account, or enter the code in the dashboard, then choose the location and station and confirm.
You do not need to sign in to your personal administrator account on the public display. Once connected, the station opens its game or idle screen. Keep pairing codes and connection links restricted to those managing the equipment.
Does reconnecting a station use another slot?
No. Reconnect the existing bound station to keep using its original slot. You do not need another slot just to restore that station, even when the plan is at capacity.
If it was unbound, or you are adding a station or moving to another organization or location, check the available capacity in the relevant plan.
What is the difference between resetting a connection and unbinding?
Resetting a connection lets you pair the station again while retaining its binding, history and existing slot.
Unbinding disconnects the station, ends current play and releases the slot. The record and history remain; to use it again, bind it to an active plan.
Can I keep the same station when replacing a computer?
Yes. Open the business station page on the replacement computer. Scan its QR code with a phone signed in to your business account, or enter its device code in the dashboard, then select the existing station and confirm. The connection moves to the new computer, the old one loses access, and the station record and history remain.
Check the organization, location and station name first. If both computers will operate independently, each needs its own slot.
Games & branding
Which games and updates are included?
Your business station shows the games and content included in its plan. Some content packs may require a separate purchase; check the plan details and available games on the station.
A business trial lets you try representative gameplay. The relevant product details will specify which plans include newly added content.
Which games support two players? Can I run a group competition?
Each game shows its supported one-player and two-player modes. Larger groups can take turns or participate across multiple stations.
For leaderboards, team competitions or cross-station play, check that the required feature is available in the intended games and setup.
Can different locations offer different games?
Yes. Use game groups in the business dashboard to choose content for a location or station. You can use an existing group or create a custom one.
The games in a group must still be included in that station’s plan.
Can a station show game demos or ads between sessions?
Yes. Idle playback programs can combine images, videos and games that support automatic demos. When a guest starts playing, the station switches to the game and returns to idle content afterward.
Set the playback order and rules for each location or station. Choose game demos from the options available in the dashboard.
Can I upload my own images and videos?
Yes. Upload images or videos to the business Media Library, then add them to an idle playback program. The upload page shows supported formats, file-size and quantity limits.
You must have the right to display the content publicly. Some built-in KELE display content is required and cannot be removed.
Can I add branding or request custom games?
Use the dashboard’s branding and media settings to add your logo, event images and videos, then preview them on the station.
White-labeling, exclusive content and custom games are not included in standard plans. Submit your goal, schedule and station count through the business inquiry form; scope, pricing and delivery dates require separate confirmation.
Management & insights
Can I manage several locations from one account?
You can manage multiple stores, hotels or event areas under one organization, with separate station and content settings.
Each station needs a plan valid for its location or event. Plan purchases around the station count and schedule at each site.
Can I add other team members?
Add an existing Kele account through member management in the business dashboard and assign an appropriate role. You will need that person’s Kele Account ID.
Each member signs in with their own account, without sharing passwords or verification codes. Remove access when a member leaves.
Can I check station and camera status remotely?
The business dashboard shows whether a station is online and its latest reported camera and motion-tracking status. An offline station updates its status after reconnecting.
The dashboard provides status information, not a live surveillance feed of players.
What usage data can I view?
The business dashboard provides game sessions, play time, results and station status to help you understand use across locations and devices.
Session counts are not unique visitor counts: one guest may play several rounds. Check the dashboard for detailed reporting and export options.
Can I update games and idle content remotely?
Use the business dashboard to update game groups, branding and idle playback programs for a location or station.
Stations receive updates while connected. Reconnect offline equipment and check the actual display before an event to confirm the latest content is showing.
Privacy & security
Is player video recorded or uploaded? Is facial recognition required?
Normal play does not upload raw camera video to KELE servers. Recording is not enabled by default. Motion processing takes place on the current device whenever possible, and facial identification is not required to play.
Device status, game records and phone-to-display connections can still involve data communication. See the privacy explanation for details.
What data is stored? Do players need to register?
To provide account services, purchase restoration and venue management, the system may store game names, play time, results, station status and necessary account/order information.
Venue guests do not need a personal account for a play session. See the privacy page for more information about data handling.
Does a public display need my administrator login or payment details?
Approve the station from a phone or dashboard; your personal administrator account does not need to be signed in on the public display. Complete purchases and billing tasks on your own device.
Keep pairing codes and connection links private, and avoid saving personal browser profiles or card data on public equipment. Disconnect lost, transferred or replaced devices through the dashboard.
How can schools or businesses check additional procurement requirements?
Before purchasing, describe your users, supervision arrangements and any requirements for privacy, agreements, data storage or accessibility. Review the privacy explanation and use the business inquiry form to list the documents your institution requires.
Specific agreements, documentation and service conditions need individual confirmation; a standard plan does not automatically meet every institution’s requirements.
How do I delete my account and data? How long is it kept?
Use the account and data-deletion pages to review the details and submit a request. Personal accounts, business stations and order records have different deletion scopes, so read the effects before confirming.
Retention and handling follow the privacy explanation and deletion process. Submit a specific question about a data category’s retention or export options.
Billing & support
How do I purchase a plan and get a receipt or invoice?
Sign in to your business account, select the organization and location or event, and confirm the plan, station count and timing before checkout. Payment methods, billing details and the total appear there.
View orders in purchase history and obtain receipts or invoices through the order or payment-provider tools. Ask about purchase orders, offline payment or special invoicing before buying.
I have paid but my station is not active. Should I pay again?
Do not pay again. Activation may take a short time after payment. Check purchase history and confirm the account, location, event dates and station connection.
If access is still unavailable, use the business inquiry form to send the order reference, when the issue occurred and any error message. Do not include payment-card details.
When does a plan start? How do renewals and cancellation work?
An Event Pass runs for the event window confirmed at purchase; restarting a station does not restart it. Venue follows its subscription period. Check order or subscription records for the start, paid-through date and next renewal.
Cancelling future renewal does not automatically issue a refund. Your subscription record shows the remaining access period. Event Pass expiry does not cancel a separate Venue subscription.
How do I change my plan’s device capacity?
Review available upgrades in plan or purchase management and confirm the cost and effective date. You can keep existing station records rather than recreating them for a plan change.
Downgrade options, price adjustments and arrangements for a lower device count are shown in the applicable plan-change flow.
What if an event is cancelled, rescheduled or I bought the wrong plan?
Check the available actions on the order or submit its reference and the change you need. Refunds, rescheduling and extensions depend on the order and applicable terms and require confirmation.
Cancelling renewal does not automatically refund a payment, and rescheduling does not automatically extend a pass. Confirm how the original order will be handled before deciding whether to make a new purchase.
How do I get help? Is human or on-site support included?
Ask the website’s AI business assistant, or use your account and business dashboard to manage orders, stations and plans. If you still need help, use the business inquiry form to describe the issue, identify the affected device and state when it occurred.
Standard plans do not include 24-hour human support or on-site installation. Confirm arrangements for dedicated support or additional services before purchasing.
